35-year-old Cindi Musgraves was charged with property theft and possession of drugs after an automatic license plate scanner alerted an officer that the car she was driving had been reported stolen.
On September 24th, Mt. Juliet Police Officer Angle received an alert from an automatic license plate reader warning that the Nissan Altima Cindi Musgraves was driving had been reported stolen from Hertz Car Rental located in Florissant, Missouri.
After making a traffic stop in the 1500 block of North Mt. Juliet Road, Officer Angle found a bag of what they suspected to be marijuana.
Cindi Musgraves was charged with theft of property and simple drug possession. Her bond was set at $6,500.
