Woman flees Logan’s Roadhouse and gets charged with public intoxication

42-year-old Margaret Folsom was charged with public intoxication after she was reported for running out of Logan’s in Lebanon after having a drink and was observed by police to be intoxicated, per report.

On August 27th, Lebanon Police Officer Reynolds responded to a call at Logan’s Roadhouse located at 1106 Cumberland Center regarding an intoxicated woman running out of the restaurant. Logan’s employees confirmed that Folsom had consumed an alcoholic beverage inside the restaurant.

Officer Reynolds stated that Folsom was unsteady on her feet and her speech appeared to be slurred. Officer Reynolds said that Folsom was in possession of a prescribed bottle of Alprazolam. Officer Reynolds placed Folsom in custody for her safety and the safety of the public.

Margaret Folsom was charged with public intoxication. She was later released on her own recognizance.
