20-year-old Grant Proctor was charged with domestic assault after he assaulted her from behind while she was carrying a ladder.
On October 21st, Lebanon Police Officer Johnson responded to a residence located at 308 Neal Street on a domestic assault call. Angela Proctor stated to the officer that her son, Grant Proctor had been acting unusual.
According to the affidavit, after changing a light bulb, Angela was carrying a ladder and Grant came from behind, shoved her, and stated “Stop messing with me!” Grant admitted to shoving his mother in the back to Officer Johnson.
Grant Proctor was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Proctor is currently jailed in lieu of a $1,000 bond.
