Man admits to smoking weed in his car, found with cocaine and pills

33-year-old Christopher Seay was charged with possession of cocaine, oxycodone, and suboxone after he failed to stay in his lane, causing police to search his vehicle.

On October 15th, Wilson County Sheriff’s Deputy Smith performed a traffic stop for a vehicle that was veering across lanes of traffic. Deputy Smith reported the vehicle smelled of marijuana and the driver, Christopher Seay, admitted that he just smoked in his vehicle prior to the traffic stop.

Upon searching the vehicle, Deputy Smith found four bags of cocaine and a bag of pills, identified as oxycodone and suboxone.

Christopher Seay was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, oxycodone, and suboxone. He was later released on a $9,000 bond.
