Methamphetamine, Xanax, clonazepam, and Suboxone strips found during traffic stop

41-year-old Rachel Breece was charged with possession of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia and 40-year-old Joshua Huff was charged with driving on a suspended license after being pulled over for failure to stop at a signal light.

On November 5th, Lebanon Police Officer Parish reported a vehicle failed to stop at a red light on West Gay Street and South Cumberland Street. Officer Parish stated he conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver as Joshua Huff and the passenger as Rachel Breece. When asked to exit the vehicle, the officer reported that Breece took a lunch bag with her as she exited and attempted to hide a purple zippered pouch in her bra.

Breece advised there was methamphetamine in the pouch as she handed it over to Officer Parish. Upon search of the case, the officer discovered a glass vial of methamphetamine, a glass pipe, two Suboxone strips, one and a half Xanax pills, and an Advil bottle containing 13 clonazepam. Huff admitted to driving with a suspended license which a system check confirmed showing an active date of 03/09/2013. The check also showed two prior driving on a revoked license convictions dated 05/15/2014 and 09/09/2013.

Rachel Breece was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, Xanax, clonazepam, suboxone strips, and drug paraphernalia. She is currently jailed in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

Joshua Huff was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license. He was later released on a $1,500 bond.
