Man found passed out in vehicle with bag of cocaine and open beer bottles

29-year-old Gerardo Concepcion was charged with public intoxication, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia after police say he was found asleep in his vehicle with a couple of open beer bottles and a bag of cocaine.

On November 22nd, Lebanon Police Officer Moose arrived at the residence of 403 Fairview Avenue in response to a report of a man asleep in his car in their yard. Upon arrival, the officer observed Gerardo Concepcion in his vehicle with two open beer bottles in plain view, one on the roof of the car and the other in the center console cupholder.

When she asked him to exit the vehicle, the officer noticed he had red, watery eyes, slurred speech, and was unsteady on his feet. Gerardo informed the police that his identification was in the car and gave consent to a search of his vehicle. As Officer Moose was looking for his ID, she found a plastic bag of cocaine in the driver’s door and a metal grinder in the center console.

Gerardo Concepcion was arrested and charged with public intoxication, possession of cocaine, and drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $1,500 bond.
