30-year-old Julie Davis was charged with domestic assault after police say she pushed and scratched her husband in the face during an argument.
On December 5th, Mt. Juliet Police Officer Samuel Elliot was dispatched to a domestic violence call at 88 West Caldwell Street. Upon arrival, contact was made with victim Louis Davis, who did not wish to talk. The officer observed red scratches on his neck and near his eye.
According to the report, Julie told police they were arguing and she pushed him and “could have scratched him on his neck and face.”
Julie Davis was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was later released on her own recognizance.
