Parolee tries to swallow drugs that fell out of his body cavity during a booking strip search

25-year-old Christopher Payne was charged with eight counts of possession of various drugs with intent, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence, and bringing contraband into a penal facility after he was pulled over for not wearing a seat belt and was found with the drugs. He then carried a bag filled with several pills and cocaine in his body cavity and when it fell out during a booking search, he attempted to swallow it.

Two Local Residents Busted for Multiple Drugs as a Result of Lengthy Investigation

LEBANON, TN – In late 2019, Lebanon Police Department/Wilson County Sheriff’s Office Task Force Detectives began receiving multiple complaints and information about heroin/opioid and narcotics trafficking that involved a local Lebanon resident. Task Force Officers and Detectives began investigating the complaints and information. During the investigation, Detectives identified LaBryan Clemmons as a supplier of heroin and other narcotics to the Lebanon and Wilson County area. Detectives and officers also identified Cecelia Marchell Beasley as a co-conspirator with Clemmons. Clemmons is currently on parole for second-degree murder and drug offenses that occurred in Lebanon in 2008. Beasley is also on parole for accessory after the fact of second-degree murder and drug offenses in the same 2008 case with Clemmons.
