LEBANON, TN – 45-year-old Daniel Bobier is charged with indecent exposure, after he unexpectedly pulled down his pants and underwear when asked to exit a vehicle during a traffic stop.
According to Lebanon Police, Bobier was stopped for a light law violation at W. Spring Street and Cumberland, in Lebanon, just before midnight on April 9th. Upon approaching the vehicle, the officer reports smelling marijuana, and asked the occupants to exit the vehicle to conduct a search. Daniel Bobier reportedly became irate at being ask to step out of the vehicle, stating he had nothing on him. As he stood up outside the vehicle, he pulled down his pants, and then his underwear, exposing his penis to officers and the public.
It turns out the only thing he had on him was his penis, and he was charged with incident exposure for showing it. He was booked into the Wilson County jail, and posted a $1,000 bond shortly after being booked.
