Lebanon man charged for breaking into local restaurant for the third time

47-year-old Jason McTaggart was charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools, vandalism, and criminal trespass after getting caught for the third time breaking into the Snow White Drive In on West Main Street, per report.

On April 7th, officers responded to the Snow White Drive In at 1714 West Main Street in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, officers were able to see the suspect inside and identified him as Jason McTaggart.

During their investigation, officers discovered that Jason used a hatchet to bust out a side window to gain access. When he got inside, Jason took the hatchet and broke the cash register and safe. According to the affidavit, this is the third time Jason has been charged for breaking into this establishment.

Jason McTaggart was charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools, vandalism, and criminal trespass. His bond was set at $50,000.
