41-year-old Thomas Kingsley was charged with domestic assault after he became angry and attacked his father over something he saw on the television.
On April 24th, Officer Austin Myers received a call regarding a domestic dispute at 3127 Aidan Lane. When arriving at the scene, Myers was met by Marvin Kingsley. Kingsley claimed that while drinking beer with his son, Thomas Kingsley saw something that enraged him on the television and began yelling at the screen.
Marvin attempted to ease Thomas, who responded by striking his father around the head and face, ending the dispute with a slap. Meyers observed cuts and knots over both of Marvin’s eyes.
On May 21st, Thomas Kingsley was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was later freed on pre-trial release.
