Man charged for violating bond conditions: threatened to “bust” grandpa’s “head open”

23-year-old Andrew Allen was charged with violating release conditions in connection with a domestic incident arrest from December. He was already at the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office when authorities contacted him.

On April 30th, WCSO Deputy Jordan was sent to 125 Vance Lane in regard to a domestic incident. According to the affidavit, he spoke with Daxton Allen who told him his brother Andrew Allen had been at the residence imbibing alcohol and causing trouble for their grandfather Omarie Allen. Evidently, Andrew had departed to go to the Sheriff’s Department, which is where authorities located him.

Officers noted Andrew admitted to alcohol consumption. This is a violation of bond conditions set after a December assault charge Andrew Allen earned after threatening to “bust” his 80-year-old “grandpas’ head open with a stick” because of an argument over an Ipad.

Andrew Allen was arrested and charged with violation conditions of release (domestic) and his bond was set at $5,000.
