Woman with Nashville warrant charged with public intox, gives police wrong name

23-year-old Madison Neely was charged with criminal impersonation and public intoxication after she was found intoxicated by police and she gave them her sister’s name because she was wanted out of Nashville.

On May 8th, MJPD Corporal Chris Barth responded to a medical call at Cinco De Mayo Mexican Restaurant at 14795 Lebanon Road. Upon arrival, officers found Madison Neely and noted she had slurred speech, was unsteady on her feet, and was not able to clearly answer questions.

According to the affidavits, Officer Jordan Brown asked Madison for her name and she replied that her name was Ashley Pollack with a date of birth August 1st, 2000, and a social security number ending in 5029. At that point, Madison was taken into custody for her and the public’s safety.

When they arrived at the jail, Corporal Barth asked her again for her name. She then admitted her name was Madison Neely and she gave her sister’s name because she was wanted in Nashville.

Madison Neely was arrested and charged with criminal impersonation and public intoxication. She was later freed on pre-trial release.
