Georgia couple ends evening with black eye, assault and gun charges

55-year-old Timothy Collins was charged with domestic assault and possession of a handgun while under the influence after presumptuously giving his wife a black eye at the My Place hotel in Lebanon.

On June 7th, Corporals Kelley and Way made contact with Terry Collins at the My Place hotel located on 1004 Cumberland Center Blvd. Collins was outside with her dog and had been drinking throughout the day.
