Hermitage couple charged with public intoxication at Lebanon Shell station

51-year-old Cindy Kolu and 56-year-old Tracy Langford were charged with public intoxication when officers observed Kolu running around a Pilot parking lot looking as though she’d been assaulted.

On May 24th, Lebanon Police Officer Travis Rourke responded to a welfare check at the Pilot located at 924 Murfreesboro Road. According to affidavits, Officer Rourke observed Cindy Kolu run around the parking lot and get into a truck which then moved to the Shell across the street.

The driver of the truck was determined to be Tracy Langford who exhibited signs of impairment. The officer noted that Kolu looked as though she had been assaulted and he eventually came to understand the injuries were from several days prior. Both individuals were charged with public intoxication after being deemed a safety hazard and the report noted that Langford was revoked.

Cindy Kolu and Tracy Langford were arrested and charged with public intoxication. They were both released on their own recognizance.
