58-year-old Ralph Underwood was charged with theft of property when a man lent him his Ford F150 and Underwood decided he would be not be returning it.
On May 22nd, Jason Skinner allowed Ralph Underwood to borrow his 2004 Ford F150 truck until noon. Underwood refused, on multiple occasions, to return the truck.
Lebanon Police Officer Moose investigated the theft and heard a voicemail wherein Underwood indicated he would not be returning the vehicle. The truck is valued at $9,000.
Ralph Underwood was arrested and charged with theft of property and was later released on his own recognizance.
