Lebanon man drives vehicle into ditch near Pinnacle Bank; charged with DUI

31-year-old Travis Miller was charged with DUI after driving his vehicle into a ditch outside of the Pinnacle Bank in Lebanon and later confessed to drinking prior to getting behind the wheel, per report.

On June 21st, Officer Robertson observed a vehicle that had driven off of West Baddour Pkwy and into a ditch near the Pinnacle Bank. Robertson proceeded to exit his vehicle and make contact with the driver, who was later identified as Travis Miller.

According to the affidavit, Miller emitted the scent of alcohol from his person, was unstable on his feet, spoke in a slurred manner of speech, and had watery red eyes. Miller admitted to consuming alcohol before getting behind the wheel of the vehicle. Robertson then administered field sobriety tests, of which Miller displayed signs of inebriation throughout.

Travis Miller was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. His bond was set at $1,500.
