48-year-old Gregory Slate was charged with domestic assault after he started an argument with his girlfriend and repeatedly headbutted her, per report.
On June 10th, Tammy Heath informed law enforcement that her boyfriend, Gregory Slate, began a dispute with her. Slate escalated the altercation by headbutting Heath on the head various times.
Heath reported these actions to officers and was accompanied by roommate Billy Boles. Slate confessed to the accusations when questioned by law enforcement and was placed into custody for domestic assault.
Gregory Slate was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $1,500.
