54-year-old Kathy Mofield was charged with domestic assault after punching her boyfriend, Lonnie Sanders, in the face five to six times at Los Compadres Mexican Restaurant, per report.
On June 3rd, officers were dispatched to the South Land Motel located on 1107 North Cumberland in regards to an alleged fight. According to the affidavit, the brawl took place at Los Compadres Mexican Restaurant.
Witnesses Tammie Key and Joseph Moss alongside boyfriend/victim Lonnie Sanders informed law enforcement that Kathy Mofield and Sanders were in a verbal altercation in the parking lot of Los Compadres when Mofield allegedly began to punch Sanders in the face.
Sanders was struck five to six different times, per report. Officers noted visible scratches on the left side of Sanders’ nose. Mofield was determined to be the primary aggressor during the incident and was charged with domestic assault.
Kathy Mofield was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was later released on her own recognizance.
