58-year-old Reginald Johnson was charged with public intoxication after temporarily losing consciousness in a Lebanon front yard, apparently smelling of alcohol and urinating on himself, per report.
On May 22nd, Officer Robertson received a call regarding a male passing out on the lawn at 511 East Lester Street. When Robertson arrived at the scene of the crime, the male was identified as Reginald “Reggie” Johnson. Johnson had seemingly still lost consciousness when Robertson approached.
The officer woke Johnson when arriving next to him, noting that he had an evident odor that is similar to alcohol on and about his person. According to the affidavit, Johnson’s speech was slurred and he had urinated on himself. Robertson charged Johnson with public intoxication for his own safety and that of the general public.
Reginald Johnson was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was later released on his own recognizance.
