On July 17th, 2019, Gish was charged with domestic assault after Clark told authorities that she dumped his booze out while arguing about his drinking and he threw her around and strangled her. Despite the fact that some of the conditions of the bond from this incident were dropped in January, Gish still managed to earn a violation in May as well as this current one. When the officers attempted to take him into custody Gish locked his arms together and after being taken to the ground proceeded to scream. They also noted him to reek of alcoholic beverage.

Marcus Gish was arrested and charged with domestic assault, violation of release conditions, and resisting arrest. His bond was set at $5,000.
