33-year-old Kevin Hadden was charged with aggravated assault for the second time this month when he struck a man in the back with a “long unknown metal type object”, according to the report.
On June 29th, Deputy Whited reported to an aggravated assault at 2010 Gladeville Court when he made contact with the victim Jay Henry. Henry told the deputy that he was at the location visiting a friend.
While visiting he said that the defendant, Kevin Hadden, struck him in his lower back with a long unknown metal type object. The deputy noted that he did observe an injury to Henry’s mid back area. Hadden was found to be the primary aggressor and was then placed into custody.
Kevin Hadden was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. His bond was set at $3,000.
