41-year old Robert Spurlin was charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia after being pulled over for failing to signal and make a complete stop.
On September 8th, Officer Tobler of the Wilson County Sheriff Department stopped Robert Spurlin for no turn signal and failure to come to a complete stop. Spurlin told the officer that he did not have a driver’s license. Officer Tobler asked Spurlin to get out of the vehicle and patted him down.
In Spurlin’s waistband, a needle with a liquid substance was located. Spurlin admitted the syringe was loaded with methamphetamine. Spurlin had outstanding warrants in Sumner and Jackson County.
Robert Spurlin was arrested and charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $1,000.
