32-year-old Casey Rowe was charged with domestic assault after she got into a physical dispute with her nephew and threatened to kill her father.
On October 6th, a Lebanon Police Officer reported to the residence of Casey Rowe at 1036 Salem Road. Officers made contact with the victim, Mark Byrd. Byrd stated that he was at the residence when his aunt, Casey Rowe, who got into a physical fight with James Montgomery, her father.
Rowe then struck Byrd, knocking him to the ground when he tried to intervene and struck Byrd again. Casey Rowe then said to Byrd, “Give me your gun, I’m going to kill this old man.” Byrd stated that he feared for his safety and well being.
Casey Rowe was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was released on her own recognizance with conditions.
