33-year-old Timothy Edmonds was charged with multiple counts of assault after he shoved three people and refused them re-entry at USA Sports Grill, where he does not work.
On October 15th, Mt. Juliet Police Officer Smith responded to an assault call at the USA Sports Grill located at 151 Adams Lane. Timothy Edmonds was inside of the bar when Alfred Wade was entering the building and Edmonds pushed him out of the door knocking him to the ground.
According to a sworn affidavit, Alissa Sigears and Ashley Lis were also pushed out of the door. The door was then held closed so they could not come back inside by Edmonds. USA Sports Grill does not employ Timothy Edmonds.
Timothy Edmonds was arrested and charged with three counts of assault. He was later released on his own recognizance.
