Sugar and spice; Girlfriend puts sugar in man’s gas tanks after he locks her out

25-year-old Kimberly Wheeler was charged with vandalism after a video was shown to an officer depicting her pouring sugar in two gas tanks on vehicles that belonged to her boyfriend.

On October 9th, Lebanon Police Officer Tucker Robert was dispatched to a residence located at 289 Trousdale Ferry Pike in Lebanon on a domestic call. Officer Robert spoke with Victor Kelly, Jr. upon his arrival. Kelly told Officer Robert that his girlfriend and baby’s mother, Kimberly Wheeler became angry when Kelly had locked her out of the house.

Kelly then presented Officer Robert with a video that showed Wheeler putting sugar in the gas tank of Kelly’s Ford F-150 truck. The video then showed Wheeler putting sugar in Kelly’s Chrysler Pacifica and then throwing the empty sugar bag at Kelly. Officer Robert noted that sugar was found around the opening of the gas tanks.

Kimberly Wheeler was arrested and charged with vandalism ($10,000-$60,000) and vandalism (up to $1,000). She was released on a $5,000 bond.
