Cody then approached Jacob, who became very angry towards him so he left to his vehicle and called the police. The officer also made contact with Sandra’s mother, Vickie Davis, who stated that she received a text from her daughter saying “Mom that man watched him hit me so we left.” Vickie also confirmed that Jacob was Sandra’s boyfriend. Officer Oakley was informed that they were at Circle K, located at 1309 West Main Street, and proceeded to make contact with Jacob and Sandra. There were no physical marks noted on Sandra and a search of Jacob’s vehicle revealed a sunglasses case containing a needle in the center console. Jacob has previously been featured on Scoop: Wilson for charges including unlawful possession of a weapon.

Jacob Dies was arrested and charged with domestic assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $2,500 bond.
