The deputy advised that Burton exhibited signs of intoxication, such as red, watery eyes, slurred speech, and unsteady feet. Deputy Hite reported that she performed poorly on all the sobriety tests he provided. Further investigation revealed Burton’s license was suspended in 2013 for failure to pay fines, and she was convicted in 2015 and 2017 for driving on said license.

Adah Burton was arrested and charged with DUI and driving on a suspended license. She was released on a $1,000 bond.
