Intoxicated man charged after officers find him disoriented at Bojangles

41-year-old Steven Coleman was charged with public intoxication and violation of probation after reportedly being found delirious in a Bojangles.

On November 27th, Lebanon Police Officer Brandon Harbaugh was dispatched to the Bojangles, located at 906 Hartmann Drive, in regards to an impaired man at the business. Per the affidavit, he made contact with Steven Coleman, who seemed confused and did not know where he was.

Steven had a strong smell of alcohol on his breath and about his person. He was taken into custody for his own safety and the safety of the general public.

Steven Coleman was arrested and charged with public intoxication and violation of probation. He was later released on his own recognizance.
