Man admits to packaging heroin in colorful Post-it notes

LEBANON, TN – A man police say is known for packaging his heroin in colorful Post-it notes is arrested on drug charges at Speedway on North Cumberland Street.

Lebanon Police Officer Jesse Scott was on routine patrol on March 27th, when he observed Ryan Millwee, who he knew to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest, at the Speedway on North Cumberland. As Officer Scott approached Millwee, who was standing beside the trashcan outside the Speedway, and placed him into custody. A search of his person revealed 1.6 grams of heroin, and a pink Post-it note with another gram of heroin inside it was found in the trashcan beside him.

Police say that Millwee had previously admitted to packaging his heroin in colorful Post-it notes. 42-year-old Ryan Millwee was charged with possession of heroin with intent, tampering with evidence, and his outstanding warrants for violation of probation. He remains jailed on a $15,000 bond in the Wilson County Jail.
