36-year-old Candice O’Neil was arrested twice in two days, each time found passed out on a sidewalk in the Dollar Tree / Walmart shopping Center in Lebanon.
On Monday, September 16th, Lebanon Police Officer Parrish responded to a call of a female subject passed out on the sidewalk in front of the Dollar Tree at 623 S. Cumberland. He arrived to find Candice O’Neil, 36, passed out on the sidewalk in front of the business, and was eventually able to awaken her after several attempts. She admitted to consuming alcohol and was taken into custody for public intoxication. She was booked into the Wilson County jail at 5:45 p.m. and released at 1:05 a.m. Wednesday morning on her own recognizance.

Later Tuesday, at 7:04 p.m., Lebanon Police officer Gilly booked O’Neil back into the Wilson County Jail with a fresh change of clothes, for the second time in two days. He had responded to a call at the same shopping center, once again for a female passed out on the sidewalk. He found her passed out with a bottle of vodka, and the booking process was repeated, with her being ROR’d once again at 11:20 p.m. O’Neil is listed as ‘homeless’ in booking records.
