Teen charged with DUI, tries to hide marijuana container on way to jail

18-year-old Scout Walker was charged with underage consumption, driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence after he was pulled over on a light law violation and was found to be intoxicated. On the way to jail, he attempted to conceal a container with marijuana residue.

On May 14th, Officer Rourke of the Lebanon Police Department pulled Scout Walker over on a light law violation. The officer noticed Walker had pinpoint pupils. Walker admitted to drinking two beers.

On the way to booking, Officer Rourke noticed Walker moving around a lot in the back of the patrol car. When Walker exited the vehicle at booking, police found a container with what they believed to be pot residue.

Scout Walker was arrested and charged with underage consumption, driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence. His bond was set at $3,000.
