Teen charged when found with grape Johny Bootlegger while driving

19-year-old Scout Walker was charged with DUI and underage consumption after he failed to maintain his lane of travel and admitted to drinking before driving.

On November 14th, Lebanon Police Officer Byrnes reported a possibly impaired driver on South Cumberland Street, veering across lanes of traffic. During the traffic stop, the officer stated he could smell alcohol emanating from the driver, Scout Walker.

There was an empty grape Johny Bootlegger bottle behind the driver’s seat and Walker admitted to drinking prior to driving. Officer Byrnes initiated several sobriety tests which he performed poorly on. Walker has been featured on Scoop: Wilson for being charged with underage consumption, DUI, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Scout Walker was arrested and charged with DUI and underage consumption. He was later released on a $3,000 bond.
