21-year-old Alissa Kirby was charged with domestic assault after striking her ex-boyfriend in the face three times during a dispute. The man suffered facial bruising and cuts from Kirby’s attack.
On June 27th, Officer Harbaugh received a call in regards to a reported domestic assault at 62 Upton Heights in Lebanon. Upon arrival, Harbaugh made contact with Elijah Richardson, who informed law enforcement that he had been involved in a verbal altercation with his ex-girlfriend Alissa Kirby. According to the affidavit, the dispute turned physical once Kirby began to come at Richardson, eventually striking the man three times in the face.
Harbaugh noticed injuries to the face of Richardson, observing a bruise and a small cut underneath the man’s eye. Richardson additionally had footage of the incident recorded on his cell phone, per report.
Alissa Kirby was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Her bond was set at $5,000.
