Man and his girlfriend attacks the mother of his child during the exchange of custody at Hardee’s

24-year-old Alondre Shannon was charged with aggravated assault when his girlfriend started a fight with his child’s mother after she threw a drink on her; he reportedly punched her in the chest during the altercation.

On October 24th, Lebanon Police Officer Corey Oakley responded to an assault at Hardee’s located at 701 South Cumberland Street. Whitley Tarpley told Officer Oakley that she was exchanging her child with the father, Alondre Shannon. Tarpley stated to Officer Oakley an argument began between Alissa Kennedy, Shannon’s girlfriend, and herself.

Officer Oakley stated that Tarpley also told him the disagreement escalated when Kennedy exited the vehicle, spitting on her twice, and throwing a liquid drink on her. Reportedly, Shannon approached Tarpley as she exited her vehicle when Kennedy continued to make verbal comments. Tarpley told Officer Oakley that Shannon grabbed the front of her bra, shoved her backward, and struck her with a closed fist in her chest. Also, Kennedy slapped her in the face with an open hand. Officer Oakley stated in the report that Tarpley had redness to her face, her clothing appeared wet and her bra was broken. Alondre Shannon and Allisa Kennedy had fled the scene before Officer Oakley arrived.

Alondre Shannon was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault and leaving the scene with property damage. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $3,000 bond.
