The officer advised Tarpley met with Shannon and a fight broke out when they were there to exchange their child in the parking lot of Hardee’s, thus violating her release conditions. The fight involved Shannon and his girlfriend, Alissa Kennedy. Kennedy threw a drink on her, spit on her twice, and argued with Tarpley. Shannon also struck Tarpley in the chest during the incident.

Whitley Tarpley was arrested and charged with a violation of conditional release. She was later released on a $5,000 bond.
