34-year-old Amanda Cobb and 35-year-old Matthew Callaghan were charged with burglary and theft after they were seen entering an abandoned house and taking property out of the house.
On December 8th, Wilson County Sheriff’s deputies received a report of Amanda Cobb and Matthew Callaghan entering an abandoned residence located at 3286 Philadelphia Road.

According to the affidavit, they began loading property from the house into a truck. There was less than $900 worth of property reported stolen.
Amanda Cobb and Matthew Callaghan were arrested and charged with burglary and theft. They were each released on a $2,000 bond.
