24-year old Casey Wilson was charged with possession of Xanax, evading arrest, and resisting arrest after she fled from police as they made contact with her and when apprehended, a Xanax fell from her bra, per report.
On November 10th, Lebanon Police Officer Harbaugh was dispatched to Knight’s Inn located at 903 Murfreesboro Road for an unwanted person on the property. According to the affidavit, when the officer approached Casey Wilson, she fled on foot.
The officer’s report stated that Officer Harbaugh chased Wilson and gained control of her by taking her to the ground. Officer Harbaugh stated that during a search of Wilson’s person, a Xanax fell from her bra.
Casey Wilson was arrested and charged with evading arrest, resisting arrest, and possession of a Xanax. She was released on a $2,000 bond.
