Teen charged with harassment of girlfriend’s mother — Preston Johnson arrested

18-year-old Preston Johnson, of Mt. Juliet, is charged with the harassment of his (now ex) girlfriend’s mother, after allegedly using an app to text from different numbers, telling Ashley Bishop DoCarmo she was a horrible person, a bad mother, and she would not be around to see her daughter get married and have kids of her own. DoCarmo says she was in fear of her life. A judge released Johnson on his own recognizance.

Lebanon’s Elic Page charged in brutal assault of boyfriend – free on $1K bond

27-year-old Elic Hugh Page IV, of Lebanon, is charged with domestic assault after police found him standing over his boyfriend with his knuckles and pants covered in blood. His boyfriend, who had been beaten and kicked in the head by Page, says he thought he was going to die, and lost consciousness during the assault. Page is free on a $1,000 bond, with conditions set by a commissioner – which he has continued to ignore, without repercussions.

Man charged with assaulting girlfriend because of a text message

37-year-old Ronald Harris is accused of throwing his girlfriend to the ground, hitting her in the face, kneeing her in the face, and strangling her until she nearly passed out, according to a warrant for his arrest, charging him with aggravated domestic assault.

WCSO Deputy Ahmad Manasrah suspended for 2 days without pay over social media posts

Wilson County Sheriff’s Deputy Ahmad Manasrah was suspended for 2 days without pay for violating the department’s Rules of Conduct, specifically cited was “Expressing yourself in a manner which degrades yourself or the department you work for is not acceptable”.

Priya Narula charged in road rage incident; spitting and yelling at blocked in vehicle

Mt. Juliet Police say 52-year-old Priya Narula intentionally swerved into another vehicle’s lane of travel, brake-checked it, and blocked it in as it exited the interstate. She then got out of her vehicle, spat, yelled and made obscene gestures at the other driver.

18-year-old found residing in attic space above 14-year-old’s closet, coming down at night

ARRESTED: Mt. Juliet police physically removed 18-year-old Matthew Casto from an attic space he had been living in, which connected to a 14-year-old’s bedroom via a door in her closet. Police say he would only come down at night when she secured her door and had lived there for a period of time.
