25-year-old Kenneth “Tres” Nelson III was booked into the Wilson County Jail earlier this month after his girlfriend locked him out of her home for being drunk and belligerent. He then broke down a door and door frame to get back inside to retrieve his shoes, at which point he left the home. He was charged with aggravated burglary, vandalism, and domestic assault.

38-year-old Rachel Owens and her 19-year-old son Alexander Owens were both charged with aggravated assault and aggravated burglary after they tore through a woman’s yard, forced entry into her home held her at gunpoint, then shoots up her house.
40-year-old Harrison Howland was charged with aggravated burglary after he was caught with an accomplice breaking into a garage and stealing four toolboxes, a chainsaw, and various other tools.
