37-year-old Russell Scott was charged with theft of property, reckless endangerment, evading arrest and the fourth offense of driving on a revoked license. Scott’s charges stem from stealing a Ford Mustang, then driving away from law enforcement despite multiple commands to stop. The Mustang’s estimated value was $11,000.
26-year-old Patrick Hawks was charged with theft of property amounting over $10,000 and driving on a revoked license after a speeding violation on Interstate 40 West revealed that Hawks was driving a stolen Audi A8 valued at $36,000.
45-year-old David Cox was charged with criminal impersonation, revoked driver’s license, and vandalism when he smashed a fire hydrant while driving on a revoked license. He also gave officers a false name because of an outstanding warrant.
56-year-old Danny Summers was charged a second time for driving on a revoked license when the borrowed vehicle he was driving was reported for the stolen plate. Summers’ license was revoked in 1997.
34-year old Chesney Kellow was charged with DUI and driving on a revoked license when the vehicle she was driving left the roadway and collided with a tree on Central Pike.
26-year-old Tyler Gross was charged with reckless endangerment, evading arrest, and driving on revoked 3rd offense after he told his friend he had one chance to jump out then sped out of the Speedway parking lot fleeing from police.
31-year-old Brian Powers has been charged with driving on revoked 3rd offense, reckless endangerment, evading arrest, and open container after he was caught speeding, passing in a no-passing zone, running a stop sign, and operating a vehicle with no interlock device, police say.
